Which came first... The chicken or the name? It's actually the attitude! Here's the OG sketch from 2017. From day one we were reaching for the stars and speaking love! Do you see the heart?

 

This late night musing quickly became an obsession and we traveled far and wide tasting ALL the fried chicken and sauce we could. When we got back home it didn't take long to perfect the recipes you love!

 

Galactic Fried Chicken Food Truck launched in 2018 and was a hit from day one. With serendipity on our side we opened the first store in our neighborhood, just 2 miles outside downtown Cincinnati, in Dayton, KY on March 5th, 2020. Yes, that's right... We opened 8 days before the Covid - 19 shutdown! Even serendipity takes a back seat to Murphy, he's a jerk!

We never panicked and never closed! With hard work, determination, and a commitment to excellence, we survived, even thrived, and today we're stronger for it! Thank you Galactic Ambassadors for all your support.
